At Simpli Must Have, your happiness is our priority—that’s why we’ve got our Happiness Guarantee. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange any item for store credit within 60 days, absolutely free.
What Happens to Returns?
We believe in giving back. Returned items are donated to the homeless and disadvantaged through our partnership with Salvos & Lifeline.
How to Return or Exchange

- Please include your name, order number and reason for requesting return or exchange.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a return label or a gift card equal to the value of your order.
Important Details
- Items must be unworn and unwashed for returns or exchanges.
Custom and Limited Edition Products
- Custom-made and limited-edition items (like personalised designs) are non-refundable.
- Custom orders are uniquely made for you and can only be exchanged if damaged or defective—not for a change of mind.
- This policy also applies to all limited-edition products.
