What Happens to Returns?
We believe in giving back. 💖 Returned items don’t go to waste—they’re donated to the homeless and disadvantaged through our partnership with Salvos & Lifeline. So, while your order might not have been a perfect match, it can still make someone else’s day!

🚨 Custom-made & limited-edition items are non-refundable.
- Custom orders are uniquely made just for you and can only be exchanged if damaged or defective—not for a change of mind.
- This policy applies to all limited-edition products too.
